Liked: The location was good. It was a few minutes drive to downtown and few minutes to the airport which it was great for our trip.
Disliked: The hotel was under renovations which we didnt know until we got there, nowhere in their website said anything about that. Due to renovations no use of pool, there were workers everywhere, elevators hardly worked, breakfast was terrible. Very disappoin!

Liked: Lobby is extremly loud at all hours. Very loud with adults and children running everywhere on all levles of the hotel.

It’s gone downhill in quality...

Liked: Close to the airport with an early shuttle
Disliked: Room was dirty; bathroom especially. Heater didn’t work- bed looked like it had been made by a 2 year old. Not sure linens were clean! The entire hotel needs an upgrade!

Best possible place to stay...

Liked: This is my go-to place to stay near Spokane. You name it-- it's comfy, clean, and inviting. Staff is so nice, friendly; lobby inviting; breakfast fantastic; mini-market room well stocked; close to businesses up Sunset Hw.
Disliked: There are a few rooms with HVAC noise and some building-wide sound surges.
