A great place to stay

Liked: Clean, quiet, great service by the staff during our awards banquet. Looking forward to next year. Have wanted to stay here for a long time

Disliked: The room had not been cleaned. Black hair in tub and on side of tub. Paper and items on the floor. Did not look like it had been cleaned. Was given a partial refund.

Exceptional

Liked: We love this hotel . We stop every year on the way home to Iowa from Idaho .
Disliked: Leaving the pool and hot tub open till a later time during the week . We traveled 12 hours and was looking forward to soaking to relax . Breakfast choices not great

Affordable and comfortable stay

Liked: The remodeled pool area was a welcome surprise for the whole family to play. The rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet.
Disliked: The hot tubs were not hot, just a bit warmer than the pool. The pool was great with an actual deep end of eight feet but they need to clean the bottom of it.

Disliked: I was really surprised no breakfast included at a Holiday Inn. Ended up not going to hot tub because it was so cold in the pool room.
