Liked: Breakfast room service. Excellent. Love my room. View of airport and spacious room. Home away from home. No one disturbs me. I can relax. All staff kind and friendly to us. Stayed here over 7 times since last year.
Disliked: Carpet in room need extra cleaning. Dust on small lamp by bed. Runner slightly worn. Curtains a bit off running. Bathroom need another grab rail and alternative shower screen to stop trip, fall and splash. Overall minor changes.

Liked: Great location, spotless and well equipped. Well presented and helpful staff.
Disliked: Only one thing, duvet could be easier to move on the bed, felt too tightly fixed to the bottom of the bed.

A wonderful stay; friendly staff,...

Liked: The location was perfect (attending a function in the evening nearby), and as an avid plane fan, it couldn’t have been better! Patricia who greeted us on arrival was delightful, and immediately upgraded us to an executive king room overlooking the airport when she learned of my keenness to view the planes. The room had a great view, was spotlessly clean and had all the essentials you would expect - tea tray was overflowing with drinks sachets, and we appreciated the Biscoff biscuits and KitKat. The toiletries were of a high standard, too. Considering the proximity to the airport, our the room was exceptionally quiet, and we both slept well. Breakfast was delicious with a varied selection of both hot and cold food - thank you for a lovely stay!
