Disliked: bathroom had an awful smell coming from the drains/ toilet or somewhere else the whole time. very unpleasant to use. although the staff maintain a an air of helpfulness behind the facade is shallow carelessness and simply giving out false information. i think its absolutely abhorrent that i was told the starbucks is open 24/7 and when i come day i’m told thats one the case especially since i clearly asked for the starbucks cafe and not simple black coffee i can simply make in my room. an awful start to the day and very unpleasant interaction and badly handled situation by the desk employee. Given the service pitfalls and issues with the bathroom i dont see how this can even be classed as a 4* hotel. for all prospective visitors - keep your expectations contained and dont expect too much of the staff
