Nice looking room and hotel...

Liked: Very clean, nice furnishings
Disliked: Had an awful sleep. Very noisy pipes in the night, could hear next door flush toilet which would then starts the pipes off. Could head the guests in the corridor dropping doors with a loud bang each time. The blackout curtains weren’t the right size for the window which let lots of light in this morning.Breakfast wasn’t great when we got there at 10am. No pancakes, had to wait for lots of items, ask for fresh bread as they were very stale, lots of unhappy customers around.

Disliked: Bar was shut at 10.45pm. The noise from the water pipes was extremely load.Staff very much matter of a fact

Friendly and efficient service from...

Liked: Excellent value for money. Location was great, breakfast was well presented and plenty to choose from. The room we were allocated got noisy way late into the evening. I’m not sure if it was air conditioning but there was a vibration going humming noise. I rung reception and the night receptionist responded immediately and within 10minutes we were offered a quieter room. We were pleased that such a swift and friendly sly response was given.
Disliked: Just our first room being noisy late into the evening.

Very good

Liked: I stay at this hotel regularly and it is always good and the rooms - 140's corridor are very attractive.
Disliked: The cost of meals is quite high.

Liked: Just a very central point to stay . Stayed many times , easy parking , straight of the motorway.
Disliked: Everything for us was good … newly revamped and branded so very fresh .

Disliked: there was no elevator although hotel has more floors than 1 floor.

Ideal location

Liked: Quiet and modern
Disliked: No soft close toilet seat. Awkward for toilet roll when lid up, no pump moisturiser. You have shower gel and wash but let down with no moisturiser. Looking forward to the EV chargers being activated
