Liked: Very clean, nice sized room, comfortable, good location.
Disliked: Breakfast was terrible & they overcharged us, took 45 min to get it corrected & they made me do all the work. Front desk staff didnt write the correct thing on our breakfast card. So I had to go get them to fix it. For such crap breakfast, we shouldnt be charged that much anyway. Staff was very unfriendly & act like they hate their jobs. We switched hotels after this first day & staff & new hotel was very kind & friendly. This hotel was decent, but very overpriced & was very crowded. Bathrooms overheat when you shower & heat up the whole room, no ventilation.

Disliked: The receptionist at the front desk was unfriendly and check-in was very slow. Both charging piles are not working and guests should be informed in advance to make other arrangements.

Large clean room with nice...
Liked: Room was large, and included small fridge, microwave, coffee maker and sink. Bathroom had double sinks! Beds were comfy and plenty of light in room. 24-hour pool and a pretty good restaurant- we had dinner and breakfast there and thought it was good food, reasonably priced.

Holiday Inn saved our trip...
Liked: We were booked at another hotel 5 minutes away and it was not what was advertised. We canceled and booked Holiday Inn with in seconds and it was really easy. The front desk staff was very welcoming and got us checked in right away.
Disliked: I liked everything.

Liked: We’ve stayed here before and likely will again. Good location for us.
Disliked: There was a light snow storm which affected the television service. When I called to ask the front desk if someone was looking into the issue I was told”Lady it is caused by the storm, it happens all the time, there is nothing we can do. While I understand this person was probably frustrated by having several calls about the same issue, I felt the person was not only rude, it seams very odd to me the a light snow storm would cause an issue that took out the entire hotel’s television service. I’ve stayed at other hotels during similar storms without any issues.
