Fabulous, great value so convenient...

Liked: The breakfast was brilliant, so much choice, good quality products, loved it.The staff were so welcoming and eager to help, we were so impressed........again. we've stayed here four times now and it is so good.
Disliked: So sorry we couldn't bring our two little Shih Tzus with us. Just meant we had to pay for a sitter at home. We did enjoy the break but would have preferred to have them with us, we did that the first time we stayed but now it's service dogs only.

Over rated and over priced.

Liked: Breakfast was very good.Staff very friendly.
Disliked: No hot water.WFI intermittent so couldn't do any work emails.Requested ground floor room because of disability but was given room on 8th floor which wasn't ready on arrival at 3.45.Disappointed to find a parking charge as it was the hotels own car park and I was a guest for 2 nights though the fee was too much.

Liked: Staff friendly, free popcorn. Room ok, just hot and sweaty when we got there. Took the entire night for the Air-conditioning unit to cool it down.
Disliked: Breakfast wasn't as good as usual. Bacon was nearly raw, no pancakes left. The slot for fried eggs was empty and we didn't see anyone restock it. Charged for parking when the booking said it was included.
