Good location for LEGOLAND.

Liked: Location, breakfast was good.
Disliked: Bed too soft. Advised no hot water upon arrival at 10 pm but this had been an issue from earlier in the day. Offered to cancel and rebook elsewhere but that wasn’t feasible at 22:00. I would have expected phone call earlier in the day to allow appropriate time to arrange alternative.

Disliked: Boiler was broke not informed till arrived. Food was passable deep fry chef iguess. Bed uncomfortable and hard pillows

Liked: Location was perfect as we were visiting Legoland
Disliked: Nothing to dislike about the property, but there was an issue with hot water as the boiler had broken down, but we were told about this on arrival and the problem has been resolved before we woke the following morning

Liked: Perfect central location for legoland Staff were so helpful, polite, arranged to bring a cake out for my daughter and all staff sang happy birthday to her! Brilliant hotel

Disliked: Ensure the boiler is working, I could not have a hot shower.
