Disliked: Terrible experience. We planned to have a birthday relax for my son, and got very spicy food from restaurant ( no info in the menu about spicy Ingredients) and got stomach problems after that, and we didn't sleep almost all night because of neighbors, and nobody helped us and didn't compensate anything.

The location was perfect for...
Liked: We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. We had dinner the night of our arrival and it was delicious.
Disliked: The shower was hard to turn on, so we reported it to the management - for them to fix before the next people rented the room.

Won’t stay again
Liked: The room was comfortable and clean
Disliked: Front desk personnel when checking in were just shy of rude. Did not explain where services were located like pool, exercise room or even the elevators. Only way I knew room number was from the key envelope. The whirlpool was COLD. I believe the water in the pool was as warm. There was no drain stop in the bathtub so partner had to stuff pool towels on the drain.
