Displeased with accommodation. Ice machine not working/no drink machine in building. No refrigerator in room. Room too small. No remote for TV. No sign to entrance, almost causing an accident upon arrival. Sewer like odor in the evening. Under renovation but still paying flat rate. I have contacted the main office of Holiday Inn and have not yet received a rebate or my money back.

Disliked: No signs indicating entrance; hotel under renovation but still required to pay full rate.

Disliked: There are two Holiodsy Inns on Bay Street. I thought I was booking the other one. As we stated at the one before. We had to pay for breakfast and parking!!!!

Disliked: Arrived and our room door was open. Door didn’t shut tight unless pushed hard. Masking Tape on walls all around windows. Shower curtain was ripped.
