No breakfast no more stay

Liked: Staff was very friendly considering there was no breakfast that you could have unless you had a credit card which disappointed many many people.
Disliked: The AC didn't get cold until the morning. When you went to wake up, then you were freezing.

Disliked: The only thing I didn't have bath towels, but we requested some at the front desk. They brought the towels up immediately and I was so appreciative for the speedy response.

Liked: The guest in room 306 that was right next to our room kept us up all night. Between the extremely loud TV, his up all night yelling, vomiting and banging we got very little sleep. It was reported to staff at 145 am about his behavior by my going down to the front desk. An attempt was made at 230 by the staff to get an answer from the room by banging on his door but nothing changed, the TV remained loud all night waking my children up multiple times from 3am till 8am. Very very dissatisfied at how the situation was handled. We had gotten here after a 10 hour drive with a 6 hour drive ahead of us today and none of us with any real sleep because of this unruly guest.
