Disliked: Had to switch to another room that was not the same as what I booked . The lock on the original room was not working and there was no one on site who could fix it so I had to downgrade rooms

Disliked: Elevator was too slow. The bathroom was really run down with cracks in the bathroom shower wall. The water was shut off in the morning due to an emergency pipe repair.

Liked: The property was very clean and the staff was friendly. We came in for my brother’s funeral service and they allowed us to check in early to accommodate the funeral times. This simple act of kindness really set our minds at ease in a very stressful time.
