Overall excellent stay.

Liked: Excellent layout for handicapped. Friendly staff. Clean. Good amenities.
Disliked: The elevator needed a room key for entry. Very difficult for a handicapped person carrying luggage. Use an extra lock on the door instead. Also, a free breakfast buffet like the other Holiday Inn's would be great.

For one night it was...

Liked: That it had operational pool and hot tub
Disliked: Guests left trash all over the pool area from the night before. Advised staff but they didn't seem too concerned. I personally tried to clean up some of it and they just said "okay".
