Parking is 15. Like why...

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Parking is 15. Like why do you have to pay parking when you're staying at the hotel you paid to stay at will never stay here again

Disappointing

The stay was just a...

Liked: The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.
Disliked: We had to pay a $50 deposit fee that was not listed and the breakfast that is usually complementary at holiday inns was $18, the reason I stay at Holdiay Inn is because of the cleanliness and the service but the service was just not there this time around.

I was disappointed by the...

Liked: Location and the Dove soap in the bathroom and shower, cold AC
Disliked: Rude staff, the bartender couldn’t make a margarita, overpriced bar menu, gross cocktails, towels were rough, light bulbs were too bright, room was small, no mini fridge, and I wanted to stream, but I couldn’t cast to the TV. Lastly, the bar tender served me a pint in a red SOLO cup and charged $8.75 for it! That’s not a pint, and she didn’t give me a good pour, too much foam.

I will definitely stay there...

Liked: I really loved the staff. Especially Ella front desk she was very helpful. And the young guy in the cafeteria he was also very helpful and kind.
Disliked: The fact we had to pay for parking lot.
