I had gotten the cheapest rate the hotel offers through ConcertHotels.com and they still gave us a corner room with a great view. Between that and the really nice staff, I had a great experience.

Liked: I love the bartender Jonathan. He went above and beyond what he was supposed to do. I had a long, terrible day and made it wonderful.

Great location, great customer service...

Liked: Really helpful staff, they really had good customer which is truly saying something in the US. I mistakenly left my phone at the reception and they kept it safe till I got back. They’re also in a GREAT location, there’s a Whole Foods literally across the street.
Disliked: It’s quite old, and it looks old and feels old. The bathroom, the carpet - all looked like it needed a revamp
