Liked: Good space , plenty to do
Disliked: I paid extra for free breakfast but still ended up having to pay because I was not given a ticket that I did not know about . Also the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and scared my toddler .

Disliked: One night they were repairing elevator and our room was next door. So there was a lot of noise. The staff told us to come to reception to pick up ear plugs.

Liked: The staff was so friendly and the shuttle to and from SeaWorld was so convenient.
Disliked: The breakfast is not complimentary even though it is advertised everywhere to see so. The bathrooms needed some attention. The AC blew cold but we would all wake up randomly throughout the night sweaty. I guess it was going in and out. Not really sure and we were too tired from the park to bother asking for help.

Disliked: They changed my reservation without telling me and didn’t include breakfast but charged me the same and said it was the only room they had available but I reserved well before the day and checked in on time. Customer Service was bad and the water pressure was horrible. Loud and noisy.
