It wasn’t what I hoped...

Liked: View was nice
Disliked: Ac didn’t blow very well meaning the room was a little warm and almost no air flow out of vent even when put on high at the lowest temperature setting. The bathroom had a horrible odor (sewage). The beds and pillows were uncomfortable meaning it felt very lumpy and the pillows had no support. The valet was never there. The pool being closed was really disappointing also.

Liked: Access to the Riverwalk but not what is advertised.
Disliked: Over priced...rooms were small no microwaves in the rooms it smelled like cigarettes , swimming pool was closed. Parking is too expensive.

Liked: Proximity to attractions

It was a great vacation.

Liked: I loved that we were on the river and never really had to drive our car to get to the attractions around the river. Location is a great spot!!

Disliked: Only had 1 night to stay

Liked: Location was great and the attending staff were helpful.
Disliked: The room wasn't cleaned daily, but I was ok with it. It would have nice to know.

Terrible Hotel

Liked: We liked how close it was to the Riverwalk and other attractions.
Disliked: The room was hot , we paid for room with 4 guest that was supposed to include breakfast. However , it was only breakfast for 2. That was a big reason we picked hotel. Parking is super expensive as well. Basically 50.00 to park per day. Will not book there again
