Disliked: it is the worst hotel bed I've ever slept on, it was no better than a camp bed though at least I've slept on a camp bed. It was the cheapest low quality two single mattresses stock together with a piece of Sellotape leaving a three inch (yes measured) gap between. I could have bought abetter bed from the charity shop in Salisbury. DO NOT PAY FPOR A BED HERE SLEEP IN YOUR CAR. The two singles stuck together had no cushion left in them .They must have been at least 50 years old. I will never ever stay at a holiday inn again it was a complete rip off. I will be starting a credit card dispute tomorrow morning

Disappointing, mouldy and scruffy.

Liked: Good food and most staff were friendly.
Disliked: Overall the room was very disappointing for the amount we paid. The bed sheet was ripped, there was black mould all over the bathroom ceiling, there shower tap was loose and not fitted properly, the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly with toothpaste stains still there, the door didn’t shut properly unless slammed hard, there was still litter on the floor, the tea/coffee supplies had not been replenished. The remaining room provisions were also very basic and minimal.
