Surprised by joy, I will...

Liked: Great location for a variety of venues I wanted to visit with easy access from the A303 main road. The staff are polite and helpful, the breakfast plentiful and being a Sunday I could eat at my leisure in peace and quiet. Despite being off a main road the room was comfortable and a good night’s sleep was easily had.
Disliked: No bottled water available in the room is a big let down. I can go to the service station and buy my own bottle but for the pennies it cost I think IHG miss a customer comfort trick here. Apparently a bottle of water is only available in the family rooms

Disliked: Vegan options in restaurant - limited. Ordered vegan sandwich and horrible tasting butter or margarine on bread. Waitress had no clue what was on offer on menu.
