Liked: My wedding party was accommodated for dinner at short notice. (16 of us!) Food was severed hot, and the manager and wait stuff were all smiles, although I am sure its the last thing they needed as they had another group booked in already. Fantastic check in ladies too! Night and afternoon shift :)
Disliked: We booked 3 rooms for 2 nights with breakfast, we only got food for the first day. There was an issue on our last morning for one of the rooms but we were given a discount on the price.

Exceptional

Liked: Very very kind lady at the reception and friendly staff at the breakfast. Breakfast was a great deal (10 GBP for a grown-up, children eat for free) and it was tasty.Room was neat and tidy. Location convenient for visiting Stonehenge.

Liked: Helpful and knowledgeable staffQuiet roomExcellent choice of items at breakfast Easy blue badge parking Brilliant stop over between London & the West Country. Location minutes from A303.Petrol is available and a range of food outlets and pub restaurants are nearby.
Disliked: The shower cubicle in accessible room 316 could do with a fold down seat to making showing with disabilities easier.

Expensive for the facilities available.

Liked: Staff were friendly and accommodating, location was great, clean. Coffee from starbucks in the dinning area.
Disliked: Tea/coffee not available in room, aircon made a very high pitched sound, shower pressure was very low.In my case, I was offered to pay a little extra for breakfast, however, Breakfast starts at 0730, and I needed to leave at that time.
