Almost a disaster, but they...

Liked: This hotel is nice. Shuttles to six flags. Nice pool area, restaurant, and an arcade area. Beds were comfortable. We never entered our room until about 10:30 pm when we got back from six flags and that was just to put are bag in the room and call an uber driver for a ride to a sports bar. We got back to our room at about 1:30 a.m. that is when we noticed the bathroom problem. We reported it at checkout to Rita, who was very apologetic about it and she made it right. Things do happen sometimes and we will give this hotel another chance.
Disliked: There was a lot of mid lengh black hair in the bathroom all over the floor. My wife or I neither have black hair. There was also a lengthy pubic hair in the bathtub on the soap shelf. Also something we don't have.

Loved it!

Liked: Greeted with kindness from Bryan-answered questions for me. He was very accomadating. And the fact that there was much to do; swimming, arcade, miniature golf, hot tub!

Very good

Liked: Very convenient to Six Flags which was the reason for the trip.
Disliked: It?s got an ?old? feel to it. They?ve tried to update and the crew keeps it meticulous, but still dated and the Galway lighting is awful.

Liked: Close to Six flags, kid friendly, beds were comfortable
Disliked: Room deadbolt lock on door was broken and wouldn?t lock, when I called front desk clerk to have it fixed before unpacking or switch room she made it out as I didn?t know what I was talking about and that it would still lock ?automatically? so I explained again, no..you could enter the room from outside without a key by just walking in, the door wouldn?t lock. Her response so are you wanting someone to come fix this? Um YES! It was me(Mom & 3 daughter?s) I didn?t want a random person to be able to walk in at any hour. Instead of just switching rooms we had to wait on maintenance to come fix which delayed us getting to six flags. No follow up call, no apology at checkout. Also had cobwebs and dead bugs on ceilings of room and killed 2 crickets on the inside of hotel climbing on up the wall, eww gross; not to mention the 30 outside the room door. At checkout mentioned the ones in our room only to the clerk at front desk and the man stated, oh I?m sorry we?ll take care of you, which I?d like to know what that meant bc we were leaving(checked out) and already paid. As of now nothing was refunded. My daughter also lost $1.00 on an arcade game(which are all priced at 1.00 per play) so my daughter and I nicely went up to the front desk lady and told her and she looked at us like we were lying, asked us 20 questions and I explained my daughter put in 4 quarters but apparently the game was off, she goes so why?d you put the money in(really?) bc we didn?t know it was off at first, then the ?nice guy? asked which game, my daughter stayed the smushy grab machine and he goes to the lady, we had maintenance turn that off last night bc it wasn?t working. He looked at me and goes was there a sign on it? I said nope and he then stated I?m so sorry and he was shaking his head, he goes get her her $1 back. So the snotty lady had me sign a petty cash received receipt and my daughter said thanks and we were on our way, but geesh it?s like we were asking for $100 or something.

My night was calm, peaceful...

Liked: I have never stayed in a place this nice. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The proximity to Six Flags and the availability of a shuttle added to the value, in my book.
Disliked: I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Great place

Liked: The shampoo & conditioner I did bring was accidentially left when I checked out @ 11am. It wasnt until 7pm that I realized my error. I called up there and spoke w/ Rhonda in housekeeping. She went above and beyond and tracked it down & got it returned to me. Big Thank you to her!
Disliked: There was no soap in the bathroom, luckily I brought some as when I noticed, I was already in the bathroom ready to shower so if I hadnt brought my own I would have had to redress to get it along with shampoo as I had 2 conditioners in the room, no shampoo. Luckily, I brought that too.

The hotel is a nice...

Liked: restaurant, pool, arcade, breakfast buffet, shuttle to Six Flags, free kids dinner, hot tub
Disliked: The rooms were humid and the air conditioner was hard to control. The child's free breakfast was very little food.
