Great hotel and Service..lousy restaurant

Liked: Loved being right next to the pool. The only hotel we stay at when going to Six Flags. Nice shuttle running back.and forth. Friendly staff and clean rooms.
Disliked: Harvest Market restaurant has great service but absolutely awful food and prices. I see why it sits empty.

Disliked: The bed was soft and lumpy. The staff seemed unavailable. The breakfast was supposed to be free but we were given a bill for $33. I asked about the advertised free breakfast and was told it wasnt on my room reservation. I wont use holiday inn again.

Great place to stay!

Liked: The main entrance is beautiful and we were greeted as soon as we walked in. Check in took under 5 mins and we were provided a map of the complex which made it easy to explore.
Disliked: The onsite restaurant is pretty outdated with not a lot of options. We walked in and waited while a waitress was on her cell phone for another waitress to walk in and realize we were waiting. Food was pretty boring but wasn’t horrible.

Liked: comfy beds. nice pool and hot tub. unique holiday inn hotel.
Disliked: no tv service, no microwave in room, no complimentary breakfast although was advertised as having breakfast on booking.com. only restaurant service.

Liked: Check in was easy and friendly, the restaurant was amazing, Michelle at the bar was fantastic!!
Disliked: The outside doors were a bit hard to close securely.

Liked: The hospitality was amazing! They did everything to make you feel welcome. The rooms are basic but very clean and tidy. Beds are comfortable. The location is perfect. Many stores are close for drinks, snacks, or just shopping. The pools were amazing!
Disliked: There is a kiddie pool, big pool, and hot tub. If you have sensitive skin...be wary of the chlorine burns. Use the pool in doses! The arcade is pricey for kids. Food is pricey.
