Staff are really helpful; food lovely also and very clean and tidy rooms; well looked after. I would definitely recommend and would love to stay there again. Thank you Runcorn! X

Disliked: Carpet in the room was stained terribly which made it feel dirty.a lot of rooms had trays of dirty cups etc outside.

Clean, friendly and well facilitated...

Liked: This was a last minute discission and was to meet up with my son. I booked 30 minuets before arrival via Booking.com.On arrival found staff extremely friendly and sufficient. I did not take advantage of hotel facilities (swimming pool/gym or restaurant for evening meal) therefore unable to comment however did use the bar for a drink and had breakfast - was very happy with this service and numerous staff that I came across were polite and helpful.I would be happy to stay again or recommend
