Staff are really helpful; food lovely also and very clean and tidy rooms; well looked after. I would definitely recommend and would love to stay there again. Thank you Runcorn! X

Very comfortable and staff were...

Liked: We were there for a birthday celebration and festival. I phoned ahead to arrange some fizz in the room for my friends birthday and they were very accommodating. The staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. Definitely recommend.

Good location for Creamfields

Liked: Location for Creamfields very good. They had thoughtful extras for Creamfields like taxis, welly boot covers etc. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Room pretty small, bed very small. Room was a bit musty smelling. Expensive for what it was but to be expected since it was festival/bank hol weekend.

Liked: Room was clean
Disliked: Bar and waiting staff were very hard to find, they were hiding places and did not check for customers. Stood several times waiting for more than 10mins to try and get a coffee/drink.

Liked: Lady on check in desk was super friendly, price Inc breakfast was comparable with a travel lodge but use of pool made us choose. Excellent location on a long trip from up North to North Wales.Good breakfast and helpful staff when we asked for more watermelon! :)
Disliked: Parts of the hotel are in need of a re vamp, room was a little smaller than expected. But was comfortable and in good working order and clean.
