Holiday Inn Runcorn M56 Junction 12

Staff are really helpful; food lovely also and very clean and tidy rooms; well looked after. I would definitely recommend and would love to stay there again. Thank you Runcorn! X

Great place to stay

Liked: The staff were engaged and helpful, made me feel the art of hospitality isn't quite dead after all.
Disliked: Room decorating was a bit "diy" peeling paint etc. No terrible, but not what I would expect.
