Staff are really helpful; food lovely also and very clean and tidy rooms; well looked after. I would definitely recommend and would love to stay there again. Thank you Runcorn! X

Liked: Great welcome from staff, hotel clean, well maintained, breakfast was lovely, little children's area in reception, all staff very friendly.
Disliked: Only small thing I would say is they could do with a family changing room in the pool area

It’s cheaper for a reason.

Liked: Staff and food really good. Main entrance, bar and restaurant good looking.
Disliked: The bridge, corridors, lift, room, curtains, car park all let this hotel down, needs a lot of money spend to bring up to half decent standard.

Amazing stay

Liked: The room was amazing, clean, well-stocked, and very peaceful with a nice tree-lined view. The area surrounding the hotel was quiet and easy to locate. The facilities were really well maintained. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, also gave suggestions for places to go and things to do and see. The stay was amazing and will more than likely return again at some point.
