We went there to go...

Liked: We stayed there for 2 nights very clean amazing rooms and bathroom.
Disliked: No air corn we stayed there when it was 30C degrees outside so as you can imagine it was hot. But we asked for a fan and the fan looked very new clean tooAnd they did tell us that the aircorn doesn’t work so we knew it proper to coming

Lovely clean and comfortable room...

Liked: The room was nice and clean, and the bed was very very comfortable. Staff were lovely.
Disliked: The air conditioning was broken on one of the hottest days of the year. We only booked with you over other hotels in the area because you had AC as I really, really struggle with the heat. The window barely opened and I had to remove the duvet from its cover before bed as I was sweltering. Also, we waited for 15 minutes to order food at lunchtime and my husband had to eventually go and knock on a staff room door in order to get anyone to come serve us, so we eventually ended up missing our train.

Bad

Liked: The location and staff.
Disliked: There was no aircon in the room on the hottest days of the year. That's really shameful given there was no communication of this before checking into my room at 11pm! It was so bad that I had to sleep outside of the room at some points, shameful. I would have booked somewhere else had I known.

aircon needs fixing and staff...

Liked: not bad pool and gym
Disliked: Staff not really present much, and was told aircon doesnt work in virtually all of the rooms
