Poor

Liked: The reception area and restaurant.
Disliked: The sofa bed in the room was the worst thing weve ever slept on, one child chose to sleep on the floor asnit was more comfortable. The generator noise outside. The number of children running around in the corridors until midnight with no staff stopping them.

Liked: The welcome was great. I was travelling with my dog and the area was great to let him out. Plenty of room.
Disliked: Nothing. Met expectations

Good location, go premium!

Liked: Excellent location, close to m1 but far enough away that you couldn't hear traffic. Breakfast was delicious and well stocked.
Disliked: Small, cramped room. Not working air conditioning, no soundproofing. Could hear full conversation in next room.

Liked: Great location but booked for the air condition as it was the hottest day of the year and it didn’t work ..£100’plus to sit infront of a fan

Liked: Great location, staff were very welcoming and friendly, nice little play area for small children.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have been told about the roadworks on the motorway at the junction for the hotel. The junction was closed and after a long drive a 15 minute detour felt like forever.I would have appreciated a wider range of ‘healthy’ evening meals. The 3 salads on offer weren’t very exciting. Food was well priced though.
