It was the worst hotel...
Disliked: The bed was as hard as a rock. The bathtub needs a new non-slip coating. I had to hold on to the rod and was only able to wash my hair. It was extremely slippery. Could not, no matter what I tried, to turn on the news stations.What was really obnoxious was that there are two Holiday Inns in Roswell, NM. We forgot our info and called to find which hotel had our reservation. The representative said he could not help us since Holiday Inns were tied into a system where a reservation for a specific hotel was not able to be located. Ridiculous!

Except for elevator not working...
Liked: The elevator went out on 2nd day . We were on 4th floor. Some members of group were elderly with mobility issues. Made it hard. The afternoon manager was helpful as much as possible letting us use the service elevator a couple of times. Also coffee maker in one room wasn’t working.
Disliked: See above. I did like friendly staff and room was clean. Bed was comfy. The supplies in bathroom was nice.

Meh! Could’ve been better
Liked: Very close to stores and the little mall. The facility was clean. The front desk Man was super friendly and eager to help.
Disliked: The breakfast staff was completely horrible!!!! We arrived 30 min before 10:00am and it was incredibly busy. That being said no signs nor sign of staff present so we could simply ask if we needed a plate etc. The front desk Man was the one who got the staff member and he still ignored us! There was no plates, no water, no juice and several items were out of stock or low. NOTHING was replenished and when my son asked for a spoon the young kid rolls his eyes and storms back into the kitchen saying F**k to grab spoons! Really? Come on!
