Liked: Only good thing was the front desk guy
Disliked: Elevator wasn’t working, had to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to our room. Room smelled so bad of pet urine. Was suppose to have a free breakfast, but when we went down I was told I would have to pay $12 per person

Not what I expected

Liked: The elevator were not working and for all the stuff we have that will not work for us and to top it off we were on the 3rd floor I have a bad heart and was not about to walk 3 flights of stares plus had to put a super high deposit for each room not was not expecting that did not stay I cancelled when I got to hotel it was also hot in lobby like AC was out

What a waste of money...

Liked: We came to Roswell New Mexico for my mom's Funeral. I had back surgery and the elevator was broken at the motel. So, I had to climb 2 flights of stairs
Disliked: My room was on the 2nd floor and the elevator was not working and I just had surgery on my back and it was very hard for Me to climb the stairs.

Disappointing

Disliked: The rate of the room was tripled because of the UFO Festival. We were told after we checked in the elevator was out of order and we would be on the top floor. Our key cards never worked, we had to go back down four flights of stairs and get our key rescanned every time we wanted to get in our room, or the stairwell, or anywhere...... The poor employees were running around like crazy because no one's key cards were working.

Not a great place to...

Liked: Breakfast and location were fine
Disliked: The furniture and carpet in the room was dirty, the booths in the restaurant were stained and dirty. The elevator was not working and had been out of order for at least a week !! They didn't seem too concerned about it

Great! Comfy, clean, affordable!

Liked: The staff was amazing! Very epic people.Attentive, professional, informative and very courteous!Hotel was clean, professional, great landscaping and parking. they got a pool to beat the Roswell heat!Fully functional and near completely equipped fitness area, not sure what else one could need but they come close to having it.Food and fun all near by.Did Mention the amazing staff! Easiest hotel stay I've ever had.
Disliked: missing and damaged surfaces, some water damage in stair wells, pool area,ECT. scum and rust build up in pool area tiling, metal surfacing and mechanical joints. But still functional!I'm fat so functional elevators would have been a godsend!but the signs made it clear upgrades and repairs were well underway. So it's all good. TNH Nothing that would ruin a trip honestly.I point that out simply to outline a factual visual of the few and miniscule misses in this otherwise picture perfect stay.The distance from the downtown activities is fair nearly walking distance Food and businesses are plentiful and close!All stars for a decent price!

A little disappointed concerning the...

Liked: Felt safe and room was comfortable.
Disliked: The $50 deposit, torn curtain, took picture and informed front staff so I wouldn’t be charged. Pool area had extreme chlorine burned our eyes.

Liked: Close to wear we needed to be.
Disliked: Elevator was broken and I had dogs and a 2 year old. I would have appreciated a discount or something but it was a pain as my wife is pregnant. Wish they would have mentioned it before we arrived. Multiple trips up and down stairs with alot luggage .Staff was nice
