Smelly!!

Liked: Nice spacious rooms.
Disliked: The smell of Marijuana on every floor. And the lobby smells like cigarette smoke. Complained about it, then again then they went and sprayed febreeze. Back again in about an hour. My kids were asking over and over why it smelled so bad. I get it people will be people but the staff needs to take those complaints seriously. Paid almost 600 for 2 rooms and couldnt leave the room even for ice. Pool area was nice.

Liked: The pool was nice.
Disliked: They gave our room away to the wrong reservation. It was sold out, so the remedy was to give us the other persons room. It was a room with broken blinds/shades so it was sunlight the whole time until around 9:45PM. It was also a pet room. My son & I are highly allergic (asthma) to dogs. It was a terrible stay and we would have left if the entire area wasn’t sold out due to a lacrosse tournament.

Disliked: One day, they didn't clean the rooms because they were "short staffed." Manage staffing levels better.

Disliked: The ladies who checked us in were amazing even tho they gave away my room (2 queen beds so I had to get a King bed) I was promised a cot for the inconvenience. After waiting an hour I went back down to check on the cell away bed (cot) only to be told it’ll be a $50 charge by a totally different staff member not to forget they charged my card TWICE!! Leaving me in the negative then proceeded to say I never paid for my room only for me to show them TWO PENDING transactions!!! Then they harassed me until we left (sending email, calling, and slipping notes under my door saying I needed to pay) we check-in late due to my son’s basketball tournament so by being harassed 11pm-7am is outrageous!!! , I had to call corporate to clear everything up and file a complaint it was HORRIBLE. Not to forget it was MOTHERS DAY!!
