Disliked: Room was not ready, smell is terrible, heating unit is loud, ice machine banged all night, breakfast was inedible and the room "decor" was more like a dorm room. Picture hanging off the wall.

Liked: I booked our stay at this hotel the same day we planned on checking in. We drove five hours from our home and took our time getting to the hotel because we arrived late. About 10 o’clock we arrived at the hotel to learn that our reservation was void. I received two confirmation emails and no one contacted me to let me know that they were overbooked and our reservation was no longer valid. Little did we know there were multiple events going on at the time and we contacted six hotels trying to find a room. Finally, we found a place to stay for the night but due to the lack of availability, we paid double for a suite at a different hotel because this reservation was not valid terrible experience.
