Holiday Inn Richmond-I-64 West End By IHG

Decent but wouldn’t stay again.

Liked: The hotel was nice and close to where in Richmond we were visiting. About 15 minutes from downtown. The room was spacious and the bathroom was gigantic. Beds were comfy and hygiene products provided were top tier.
Disliked: We stayed a total of 3 nights and the room was only cleaned on night 2, and never again. We had an adjoining room and the other person was not respectful of quiet hours and was up talking & throwing up long into the night. We had small children who had to sleep on a pull out couch and the couch mattress had pet hair allll over it. There was constant noise coming from the hallways, including people shouting and yelling profanities.

Liked: the breakfast was good. i liked how safe and clean the room and the area was.
Disliked: i wish there were emergency chargers.

Liked: It was kinda close to the University of Richmond.
Disliked: The girl at the front desk was so rude! She had canceled my pre-paid reservation bc she didn’t understand how paying with Venmo worked. It took her so long to check us in and she was like “I had to re-book your stay bc you didn’t give us a credit card. So I’ll have to rebook it for you” I showed her my receipts and everything but she was still so rude!

Very disappointed in this Holiday...

Liked: Location was good. Everything was clean.
Disliked: Very thin walls between rooms so could hear all conversations. Dog barking and intimate activity could be heard clearly. Housekeeping was loud in the morning. Breakfast was just ok…poor selection of tea and hot water dispenser was empty. Dispensers in bathroom were not in the proper spots and were locked into place so they couldn’t be adjusted (shampoo was next to sink and hand soap in shower.)

Liked: The guest services representative prosperity professional, friendly and helpful. Great, attentive customer service.
Disliked: We had to leave early, so we missed breakfast. It would have been awesome if there had been something available that didn't need to be prepared, like fruit, yogurt, or cereal.
