Holiday Inn Resort The Lodge at Big Bear Lake

My first time there and I would recommend it to everyone. The people that work there are so nice and always ready to help you. I will never forget - I ran into Ted Nugent at the elevator. So awesome - he's a nice man as well! I can't wait to come back!

Disliked: Nothing. I love it there.

Disappointing

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: The rooms were outdated.AC was not working and we were advised to open the window which the room did not have. It only had a sliding door with no screen so we left it slightly open just to get some cool air in. We were not able to sleep well due to the thought of that door being open.

Disliked: Bathroom are could use real cleaning

Disliked: You sent me 6 survey emails, at this point this is harassment. I already clicked unsubscribe and you keep sending them. One more email and I'm rating you one star on both google and yelp as well.

Disliked: My room was canceled when I tried to check in. Boiler was broken

Not worth the stay.

Liked: Location is good, food is good.
Disliked: Double charged our stay. Lots of noise at 2:30am for more than an hour. Charged extra for breakfast when we reserved breakfast included.
