I was very disappointed with...

Liked: The Lazy River, it was on the beach
Disliked: The Carpets and floors in the entry or the hotel was very soiled and dirty. There was garbage setting in front of the elevator all day. Someone left it there and the staff never picked it up to throw it away. The inside swimming pool was closed. Therefore we were forced to swim in the sun the whole time. My room did not have any towels and the coffee maker and telephone did not work properly. I ordered food at the pool and the young lady took my telephone to go and pay for my food with Apple Pay. She was gone for about 15 minutes when I went to go look for her she was off serving someone else and still had my phone by the time her supervisor went to help look for her she left my phone sitting there on the table unattended and my drink. I have stayed at this resort before and it was top notch. It’s been a couple of years and since I’ve been back the service and operation of the hotel is really lacking.

Disliked: Price was a bit high, but to be honest, it’s been awhile since we’ve been on a vacation.

Liked: Everything was fantastic. The first morning there was a lady with a bad attitude, very rude that seated us, but everyone else was great and helpful every time we needed something.
Disliked: The only thing was the lady that had the bad attitude at breakfast the first morning.

Disliked: Only thing that I did not like about my say in Pensacola is location! There aren't any nearby stores, like dollar general, Walmart, fast food restaurants are all back across the bridges
