Our family stay was excellent!

Liked: You staff excellent service, kindness and friendly. The beach was clean, and the food was excellent.
Disliked: I don't like cats but Charles was clean and and friendly.

Great place to stay for...

Liked: Great location, right on the beach. The resort also offered entertainment every night we were there. The polynesian fire show was great! They also played a movie every night at the pool for the kids to enjoy. Great place to stay!
Disliked: Restraunts were pretty pricey, but the food was great.

I will MEVER GO BACK...

Liked: The pool area for my kids
Disliked: They lied about giving me back my refund on my deposit. I talked to a manager and she was no help and she kept avoiding my calls and everything. First time at this resort and it was horrible. I will never come back nor recommend this resort to anyone.

Chairs poolside

Liked: Splash pad river pool
Disliked: Chairs were covered with guests towels all day and my 84 year old grandmother wasn't able to find a chair to sit in.Understandably we didn't get pool side until noon but it would be nice if the staff would watch for people just leaving towels and not actually using the chairs.

Disliked: Rooms could be cleaned better and more updated for the price you pay. Would be nice to have menus in the room for room service. Breakfast is way to expensive

Disliked: We have to wait a month to come back.
