Disliked: I didn't like the 1st room I was given, missing wall fixtures, broken lamps, and floor was lumpy.Also, the room key didn't work 2 of the 4 nights.

Liked: Loved the waterpark area especially for the kids.
Disliked: Hidden fees, which still haven't been refunded after saying it was only temporary. Rooms are super dark unless you open the 2 windows wide open but then everyone can just look in as they walk by. Then being told we should have gotten a welcome gift upon check in which we never got but then if we wanted to get one still we would have to drive 15 minutes away for a presentation. Also advertised kids eat breakfast for free 11 and under but doesn't state with purchase of an adult meal other wise kids don't eat free. So we walked from one side of resort to other expecting my kids to be able to have breakfast and ended up walking out because we didn't have our wallet or purse, because it didn't say with purchase. Should be clarified, as their dinner was clear.

In short… Its not worth...

Liked: i liked that it was in a central location. Close to Disney Springs.
Disliked: I didn’t like that there was a lot of people smoking weed (marijuana) in a place that is supposed to be family friendly. Kids everywhere along with the smell. I didnt like that i had mold in my room. Although Mgmt did offer to move us to another room. My husband did not want to and they removed the item that had mold. I also did not like that the water in both areas of the water park was ice cold. not even the sun warmed it up! not great

Liked: Loved the ease of the restaurants on site.
Disliked: They closed the kid water park at 6 every day we were there so the kids didn’t get to use it since we did theme parks we came back early to use the pool & waterpark & it was already closed. It was very disappointing & the kids were upset. It should stay open until the sun goes down at a minimum.
