The stay was ok but...

Liked: My family likes the water park of course
Disliked: Being charged 1000 to stay at a place that their still working on and I never got room service offered after a stay of 5 days my room was very small and they would not change it and because of all the construction there’s no where to park

Unsatisfied customers

Liked: Was not impressed at all. This was our second stay and will not return.
Disliked: We arrived at 1, was told room wasn't ready which is fine. At 4 when it said we could check in they stated our room was still not ready. Our room was jot ready until 540. When we finally got in our room there was trash left from the previous guests.

Liked: We enjoy our stay at Holiday Inn since we got there staff was awesome, love that they had a food court, our room was very clean and beds where super comfortable.
Disliked: My room wasn't ready at check in time and we had to wait 3 hours and that we had to pay parking.

I wouldn’t come back

Liked: Game nights were fun!!!
Disliked: Lots of noise at night and lots of smell of marijuana thought this was a family place.

The worst honestly

Liked: This was the absolute worst experience. We get to hotel at 11 pm. The room isnt ready they say give us 15 to 20 minutes. An hour later we had to complain to get room, the room is nasty with dirty sheets, no soaps, no hand towels no way cloths.
Disliked: Everything the staff was horrible, the room was nasty, we didn't even do breakfast or anything else we just wanted out.

Liked: The food was okay, a little pricey and tasted like cafeteria food.
Disliked: The room was dirty and it took until almost the end of our stay to get any dish soap or towels and the room to be vacuumed. It was dirty when we got there.

It was okay

Liked: The location is great and the rooms are a great size and they have good amenities. Great for families with kids
Disliked: My issue is that we have to pay for parking separate and it’s expensive but there is never any parking because there is no designated spaces so for us coming back after disney parks close we would have to park all the way on the other side of the building and with small kids its not fun. Also if you like to sleep in do not get a room near the pool. We where there from friday to sunday and we like to sleep in. We had rooms right near the pool and loud loud music every morning at 10am. It is very loud.
