Liked: That dinner was goood afff
Disliked: Honestly that I only ate dinner free one night

Very good

Liked: The amenities for the kids are unbelievably amazing!!! I loved the activities hosted by the resort on certain days throughout the week ( ex: Gatorland Reptile show, Dive-In movie night in the pool, ice cream parlor in the lobby etc.!
Disliked: There weren’t many activities/interests my 16 & 17 year old wanted to participate in because it seemed to childish for them.

Liked: The staff was very friendly, the place was very family-oriented, and for the most part, we had a lot of fun
Disliked: One of the hottubs was down. The marajuana smoke from outside came into the room from under the door. The main slide was down for the majority of the time. There was a lot of door slamming throughout the night. It took some time for somebody to come fix the toilet. We never got to use the elevator that was for our side of the hotel, so that was very inconvenient.

Disliked: The water slides were under maintenance so they were closed

Disappointing

Disliked: The room location.

It was ok.

Liked: The rooms were very cold which I love at night, the water park was nice.. and the amenities the resort offered. However..
Disliked: There were not enough chairs to accommodate all the guests at the water park, I booked a water park front room and wasn’t made aware it was on the complete opposite side of the hotel until I checked in. I also was given 2 different prices.. I booked through booking and they added all “extra fees and charges” but when I went to check in I was charged 130 for 2 DAYS OF PARKING, parking to not even be able to park near my room.. and not only that, the resort fee that they don’t mention until you check in.. which is 65.00 a DAY. $260 that should have been disclosed when booking. I paid 576 for 2 nights; and then was charged an ADDITIONAL 260$ for resort fees and PARKING? Not to mention we paid all that money to have loud and obnoxious neighbors that were kicking walls, screaming, pulling fire alarms. It was very uncomfortable and inconsiderate especially for the amount of money we paid

It was ok.

Liked: Great location, my girls had a blast at the water park.
Disliked: No towels for the pool, not enough towels in the room, not enough parking, too many people for only one pool.

Disappointed my family couldn't enjoy...

Liked: Front desk did text and check in at one point, however after complaining they didn't message any more.
Disliked: Pool was closed most time for "cleaning" or when open so packed you couldn't enjoy it. You have to pay for parking, but good luck finding a spot near where you are staying, not enough parking for everyone staying at hotel.
