Liked: The breakfast was good they had different choices you can choose from. I had the little nachos with meat but the lettuce wasn’t fresh the lettuce already started browning. The only place that was really open to eat was the pizza place. They only opened the taco spot one day we were there and be also the Chinese place as well, it would have been better if these places were opened throughout the stay.
Disliked: In my hotel room they only gave me one roll of tissue paper for three people, it would have been better if they provided two at least. The WiFi went down twice during my stay it was very unpleasant I couldn’t use the atm at all to take out cash with was all they accepted was cash in forms of payment so I was kind of stressed out a bit oh and I also got stung by a wasp by the entrance of the entrance where leads to breakfast so that really hurt .

Great for families

Liked: The room was awesome! Beds were so comfortable. It was huge and perfect for us. It was absolutely newly renovated. The staff was great and the pool and water park made my grandchildren so happy!There were negative reviews that concerned me about broken elevators, and the water park being closed. But that was not the case at all. The pool was crowded but so what? This place is for children and they were all having a blast. I will plan another trip next year and stay here with my grandchildren.Kudos to all of the staff too! They were friendly , kind and accommodating. Every single one of them. Most of them smiled even though I'm sure it was tough. Dealing with the public is no easy feat and not for the weak!
Disliked: Some of the public areas like stairwells in the buildings and ground areas needed better upkeep for so many people staying at the hotel. I am sure they were just short staffed, which is not uncommon. It did not distract from our stay because I am sure they have lost staff and cannot replace them fast enough.

Liked: It was big lots to do. Clean. Everyone was very nice to us and helped right away if we asked for anything.
Disliked: I liked everything. Waterpark area was for younger kids.
