Liked: It was right in front of the beach, and everything was clean.
Disliked: I chose the hotel for two specific things: a crib and breakfast. None of them were as described or expected. I requested the crib in advance, but when I checked in, the front desk person said he was not sure they had cribs available for me. Then, I got the crib, but it was all metallic, and the rails were sturdy and dangerous for a baby to sleep in.When I made my reservation for 4 adults, I chose the hotel because it offered a complimentary breakfast. However, after I made a non-refundable reservation, the hotel messaged me that breakfast was only for two people, and I had to pay 17 USD for any additional breakfast. Not that I wouldn't go back, but I would rather choose another hotel over this one.

Just very dissapointed, but hope...

Liked: Loved the property and how close We were to getting on the beach. We both are handicapped, walk with a cane, this was so easy to walk right on the beach
Disliked: BUT😡Did not get ocean front room that I had booked with booking.com. Got a street view. Had my conformation papers that said..”OCEAN FRONT”. The check in man was very rude. Said they were full in oceanfront and we would have to take the room or none at all. So disappointed. I consider ourselves good members and book mostly always use Holiday Inn. ..We was very sad worst experience ever😡
