Liked: Staff was great.
Disliked: Room smelled like pot smoke. Was a water leak in the room that their solution was to send a guy with a carpet cleaner. We were there 4 days, carpet was wet the whole time. Sewage leak, I don’t know and they didn’t care. No offer to resolve the issue. Third day cleaning staff took all of the towels out of our room and didn’t replace them. Had to go to the front desk for towels. Water in the hot tub was brown for the first three days. Black mold on the tile around the hot tub. Very dissatisfied.

Liked: Excellent clean facilities! Wonderful friendly staff!!!
Disliked: Probably not their fault but we were awakened at 2:45 am by the fire alarm. We got up, dressed, and were headed out when we were told it was a false alarm. And of course we would rather be safe!!!!! But, we could not get back to sleep!!!!!
