Liked: Very clean hotel and room, staff always willing to help and friendly, breakfast staff always friendly and smiling, very rare to see these days working happily
Disliked: only the microwave which is not in the room and the size of the mini fridge, very small and does not cool very much

Liked: Very clean hotel and room, extremely attentive and cheerful staff, I will definitely come back another day
Disliked: My only issue, when I made the reservation I didn't notice that the rooms didn't have microwaves. I didn't pay attention, because all my stays in other hotels all have microwaves in the room, the refrigerator is really mini and doesn't cool very well, that's all I have to say, nothing else that hindered my stay, there are 2 microwaves in the hotel lobby.

Liked: Location was good. Room was spacious. Staff was friendly, but most were international and very hard to understand. We had gift card and no one knew how to use them. And we were told the were non sufficient funding.
Disliked: I had to pay for breakfast although my booking was supposed to include free breakfast. IF YOU BOOK THIS AMENITY MAKE SURE TO CHECK and screen shot your booking!!!! I believe it was changed at the property. After paying 56.00 for 3 adults. The breakfast was HORRIBLE. The grounds were ok, a lot of trash in grass and in walkways. Only two handicap places in the North Tower side( we do have a placard). Heavy smell of marijuana everywhere. I guess it didn’t bother the staff. The pools are small for the size of the property. Hot-tub only was available one day of my stay. (Out of order) And children had been using it. Not very sanitary (if you know what I mean)
