Disliked: The room was outdated and the A/C was really noisy.

Clean and friendly staff.

Liked: The hotel was dated, but it was cleaned and its staff was very friendly. My room was cleaned everyday without calling the front desk. It is close to restaurants and pharmacies. It is close to Disney, but 30 minutes far to Universal Studios. Specially if you are driving during rush hour.
Disliked: It wasn’t close to Universal Studios which was the park I visited. Also, the bed wasn’t comfortable and the A/C was noisy.

Good location hotel for Disney...

Liked: Good location close to the parks, and Disney Springs
Disliked: Our room had a roach in it and a wasp, the AC was really loud so we had to be moved to another room, they let anybody in the pools, even if you’re not staying at the hotel, which attracted a lot of very sketchy people, which caused the hotel to not be a good and safe place for children, the Starbucks in there was horrible, the workers that worked there were rude and completely unprofessional.
