Disliked: Unfortunately the restaurant was under renovations and the spa was out of order. There was no microwave in the room.

Could have stayed at Motel...

Liked: I liked that there was a bed to sleep in, the lights worked and the shower. The shower pressure was great!
Disliked: When we got into our room I immediately could tell that it was poorly cleaned. The floors has not been vacuumed, there was a used qtip in the corner, the previous coffee pod was still in the keurig, the coffee/teas were not stocked, there was dog hair and stick splash on the counters, the bathroom outlet was covered in something mysterious and the bathroom floor was very sticky. I took pics to the front desk, who said there wasnt anything should do. I also asked her if the hot tub was working and she said "i dont know im the night shift" it was 4pm. Then later, because she didnt go over anything whole checking in, we called to find out the check out time and about breakfast...she was "too busy helping others" what?! We booked this hotel because of the advertising of a hot tub and complimentary breakfast but they didn't have it. Everything was "down". Amanda was the worst at hospitality. For $200 for one night. I was very displeased.
