Liked: Reception good, room good and breakfast good.
Disliked: Nothing, all very positive.

Liked: Staffs on the night check in and breakfast staff were excellent.
Disliked: We asked for two rooms together as we went with friends but we had room 1 and they were put in room 18.When we entered room 1 it smelled really bad of damp,We did complain and we were first offered some air fresheners and a heater by the 1st gentleman on reception!! As the hotel was apparently full, but another gentleman on reception came and smelled the room and agreed it was bad, and some how managed to move us to room 15.Staff were excellent though, and looked after us and did sort it in the end...

Liked: First of all the value for money. Didn’t expect the standard of cleanliness or the standard of room. The breakfast was brilliant everything was cooked perfectly plenty of choice. I normally stay at a premier inn but I think I have truly been converted
Disliked: If I had to choose the only thing I can think of is the tea in the morning maybe I have been spoiled with the water back home

Liked: Excellent place to stay in you are travelling with dogs. Staff were polite and helpful. Keith in particular made are stay more than just a stop over. We both wanted to leave an amazing review for this man. He has exceptional customer service, was polite, chatty and willing to help with any issues. We would return and recommend this hotel based on our positive experience.. give this man a pay rise. Thank you Keith for making our stay enjoyable :)
Disliked: The only thing negative about our stay was that the glass shower screen had been removed previously and not replaced.
