Liked: The warm, friendly welcome. The room was lovely, and the air conditioning was spot on.It was nice that the TV could be played at a reasonable volume, especially as we are both hearing impaired. Everywhere was clean and tidy, and the staff were all nice and friendly. Breakfast was lovely, cooked well, and presented lovely. Thanks to all.
Disliked: Your points system. I signed up to the points system whilst we were staying at your establishment. On checking out, I was informed that I couldn't have any points as I needed to put a membership number in on booking. I booked online, and at no time was I asked for such a number. Your key wallet, where I got the signing up details, also doesn't mention that the points are awarded at booking.I felt cheated out of these points. Your staff should have the facility to add points at checkout, especially for new customers. Thank you.

Liked: Good location for a stopover during holiday travel, breakfast was good with a nice choice of things
Disliked: The furniture was new, but the carpet and doors seemed very old and used

Liked: Hotel was clean. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast great. Room comfortable and clean. Bathroom clean with great shower, hand soap, shampoo and body wash. First time at holiday inn.. not disappointed. Will definitely book again.
Disliked: Nothing. Couldn’t fault anything

Liked: shit i paid for premium and they don’t have ac in that room them i have to stay in standard room for 2 days that’s ridiculous not acceptable at all even who gonna refund my money.?

Generally peaceful, convenient lovely weekend...

Liked: Staff were all fantastic, from cleaners to front facing staff. Location was perfect. Bar area and restaurant all great. Breakfast was great and felt welcome.
Disliked: Evening meal was very expensive for what it was. Small portions and over cooked. Some families very noisy and lack consideration for others at 6am!

Great location for a one...

Liked: It was a busy weekend for the hotel but the staff coped well with the crowds. The room was a good size and the breakfast had all you could wish for.
Disliked: Our air conditioner was noisy and it was a hot night so we needed it on all night.
