Liked: Everything about the hotel was excellent!
Disliked: A group of young boys sport team staying there. While the parents sat drinking in the bar the children ran wild in the hotel disturbing guests, running into people and eventuallly disabling the elevator so we could not get to our floor 4 room

Disliked: After I had complete confirmation and I showed up to get my key I was denied my room because they don't let local people stay in their Hotel I am very offended because they said local people can't do trusted which is stereotyping everybody it's very very rude from David at the front desk all the way to the manager horrible attitude

Liked: Very clean, great design. Food was great.
Disliked: I traveled specifically there for a pool and hot tub as well as a bathroom with a tub and a breakfast. Wasn't told until we got there that no bathtub in my room and the pool and hot tub was closed. Was told I get a nice discount on my room, left it totally clean and was charged $25 for incidentals that didn't exist. Manager was rude and talked over me and my partner. Tons of kids staying for a game, loud, and we didn't get any food for breakfast because they took everything. I looked at the website and nothing about a pool or spa closure so it's pretty deceiving.
