Great for money

Liked: Good location - away from CBD where it’s very people busy. Enjoyed the facilities this place offered, very warm and cosy.

Good location, don’t spend extra...

Liked: Location close to bus and airport
Disliked: I booked a king mountain view room. I was disappointed in the view. Brief view from the entrance to the room. Promotional pictures not a good representation of the view.

Lovely hotel but check room...

Liked: Lovely hotel, super comfy and great facilities. Breakfast was great.
Disliked: Booked a king suite and ended up with 2 single beds!! We arrived late in the evening and they offered to change room after an hour but we were too tired. The room was booked for weeks, so I dont understand how it can go so wrong.

Disliked: The parking situation, having the option to add underground parking on booking.com would be great.
