Liked: The buffet breakfast was awesome and staff were friendly but the room was too small for a family. The children had to share a bed. Our room was supposed to be a premium family suite.
Disliked: Room to cramped

Liked: Loved the lake view rooms we had, staff are friendly and hospitable. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet location with the spectacular view of the lake.
Disliked: I wish the team had informed us on local knowledge of the public bus that can take you to Queenstown airport for just $2NZD. Instead they advised us to uber/taxi which set us back $30NZD.

Liked: The location was in residential area away from city havoc. Just in front of the lake. Room was ok. The tea, coffee etc were really good.
Disliked: The room was very small. Tooth paste was not provided.

Disliked: Room was cut short by two fifth. There is no facilities for people who may like to warm up food, etc. There were no cutleries other than two teaspoons.. The bed was made of two single beds attached together to make a double bed. Therefore, was not comfortable.
