It was okay.

Liked: Being by the bus stop for the mountain and the view. The lovely lady running the breakfast was awesome and very caring. Being able to store the luggage both sides of check in/out.
Disliked: The room was run down and dated. Paint peeling in the bathroom, floor/ carpet was dirty, skirting mouldy and it was dusty. It was a mission to carry the suitcases up all the stairs. It was more of a motel with room service.

Liked: The staff were amazing, especially Rashal the duty manager who made check in with kids effortless. Incredible views too

Liked: The breakfast was great and the staff were absolutely exceptional. Really exceptional. They always recognised me and good for a chat, always went out of their way to make it a happy experience

Poorly designed bathroom tap

Liked: Great location, very friendly and helpful staff
Disliked: Bathroom tap terribly designed. Kept leaking water onto the sink when it was turned on, and then onto the floor. Had to clean up several times during our 1 week stay.

Liked: Staff were really nice and welcoming. Helped with everything we were unsure on. Beautiful views and facilities also. Convenient location right near a bus stop and close to town centre.
