Overall very good experience, I...

Liked: The staff was great and friendly!
Disliked: The first night the room was very hot but I brought it up to the staff and they fixed the issue right away and the second night was very pleasant.

Excellence and comfort

Liked: The staff, the swimming pool! Late check-out. Room with the view of Popocatepetl! The comfiest bed!!! Pet-friendly.
Disliked: Well, maybe the charge for a medium-sized dog was a bit high, but it was worth it for staying in such a comfortable hotel. Grateful our dog was able to accompany us anyways.
