Liked: The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean.
Disliked: No refrigerator or microwave. Television did not work, but maintenance was able to fix it so ultimately it was fine. The check-in staff were very kind and respectful, but absolutely incompetent. It took almost 50 minutes to get checked in. The staff blamed the situation on a failure of their systems and I believe them. Only one of three elevators were ever woking causing us to finally just use the stairs (which were shockingly unsecured). The pool area was not clean and overcrowded. The elevator and all floors of the hotel were accessible by anyone off the street which is a security concern. We did not feel comfortable eating breakfast due to the lack of care in so many other aspects of the operation.
