Good location, decent hotel, bad...

Liked: Decent hotel for the price in a good location
Disliked: The hotel management took a very long time to explain to me what was going on with the accidental double booking that was done over booking.com (I had to call them 3 times), and they did not answer booking.com when it sent an automated or a manual message asking for a refund to be approved. Eventually I managed to sort it out with booking.com staff and get a refund for the night that had been booked twice, but that was a very painful process.Also, the cleaning staff somehow managed to lose part of my pyjamas when they cleaned the room…
