Will look for different accomodation...
Liked: Location, Alex on reception was great
Disliked: Bottom sheet had a hole in it, towells are old and thin - does not represent the $$ paid per night, not a hot day but airconditioner couldnt cool room to below 20 Deg, so noisy

Disappointing Stay at Holiday Inn...
Liked: The only positive was the excellent location—close to all the main attractions, making it easy to get around.
Disliked: We booked our rooms based on the photos advertised on the website, but upon arrival, we were given a smaller building attached to the main hotel with a view of someone’s backyard. When we asked the staff, they told us these rooms aren’t designed for families—had we known, we would have booked elsewhere.Parking was another letdown, charged at 50 AUD per night, which felt way too expensive. To make matters worse, there was a service room right beside our room, and we could constantly hear the elevator sounds and loud banging noises from the service door closing. It made relaxing in the room difficult.One last concern was at check-in: the staff took my card details and saved them on their system, which felt unusual since normally we just tap our card on the machine. Before checking out, I asked reception to delete my card details for peace of mind - not sure whether they deleted it.Overall, disappointed with the room, high parking fees, and noise issues—definitely not what we expected.
