Great value for money with...

Liked: The hotel was a nice 20-25 minute walk, through neighborhoods, to most Portsmouth attractions downtown. It was cheaper than hotels closer to downtown by a significant amount and was probably similar quality and comfort.We used the simple gym every morning - treadmill, elliptical, bike and simple bench with weights.

Ok

Liked: The hotel was clean, it was quiet and locations great. I was upset that on both the website and booking.com, breakfast was listed as included. However it was not and we paid for breakfast. We travel alot for long busy expensive weekends for cheer competitions. We book hotels based on location, indoor/outdoor pools and breakfast included. The wait staff was amazing at the little restaurant in the hotel, portions were good, and food was good. Just felt very mislead in the advertising.
