NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Liked: The king bed and the cleanliness of the room. The pool area and hot tub were clean and easily accessible
Disliked: Both days the kitchen was "decimated" and the hot food was gone. We were apologized to over and over but the apology was irrelevant to the fact that there was not a breakfast and we paid extra to have it. I was also made aware at check-in that there is a $10 per night parking fee that was not mentioned when booking the room.Saturday night we chose to eat dinner at the "restaurant" in the hotel. Not really a restaurant, as it too was out of food (on a couple of the selections we wanted). My daughter ordered a cheeseburger with cheese and pickles only. She was brought buns and a burger patty, nothing else. When we asked for the cheese and pickles the lady said "I am sorry, I will get that fixed for you right away". She took the burger and came back a few minutes later with a thick slice of cold cheese placed on top of the burger and 2 small pickles in the middle. I could still see the sweat on the cheese from the cold food interacting with the warm room. This also made my daughters food cold because they couldn't be bothered to warm it up before bringing it back out to us. Then the lady came by and started clearing our table before we were done eating. I should have taken the tip that no one and I mean NO ONE was eating there besides us. Service was poor, food was worse (if it was available), rooms were loud (you could hear kids yelling up and down the hallway early in the morning. I would not stay here again. They charge extra for breakfast (that we didn't get to eat), they charge extra for parking (this is not a destination hotel), restaurant staff was rude and dismissive. The hide-a-bed in the room was trash! This thing was straight out of the 70's! Hard springs made it impossible for our daughter to sleep and it was placed directly in front of the AC unit. The "extra" blankets amounted to a sheet. Our daughter (9y/o) climbed in bed with us each night because the blanket couldn't keep her warm.
