Very Disappointed

Liked: We liked the location of the hotel. And the man at the front desk at check-in was nice.
Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable. It felt very worn out with big dips on each side and a lump in the middle. And I'm not sure who thought a transparent sliding barn door was a good choice for a bathroom, but they were definitely wrong.The morning staff were very rude, so we left without the breakfast that we had paid extra for.

Liked: felt like the price was fair and in a good / quiet location but still close to food/gas/shopping and only a short drive to the Oregon zoo. The indoor pool was a plus for the kids! Comfy pillows. The overall place was super clean and quiet.
Disliked: 1. The keurig in the room, was absolutely disgusting. Moldy coffee grounds where you place the k cup, and inside the water reservoir was lined with white residue, dust all on top of it. Smelled old. 2. We went to the pool in the morning ( 9am ) there was dirty towels all over, and NO clean towels stocked. Went to the front desk and no one was there so I decided to go back to the pool, called them and simply asked for a restock on the towels as I was there with my two kids and didn’t bring any down from the room as they provide pool specific ones. The front desk staff stated “ they are all being washed right now and it’s going to be awhile “ eventually they did bring a handful to the pool area but just felt like the staff wasn’t happy and seem annoyed…

Liked: Clean, comfy, good climate control. Friendly staff, comforting, welcoming foyer, all the amenities.
Disliked: Bartender was a bit gruff, taller black gentleman. Might’ve just been having a bad day and he helped me in the end. Just didn’t fit with the rest of the vibe of the place.
