Holiday Inn - Portland - Columbia Riverfront By IHG

I would not stay at this hotel again. To pay that kind of price per night to stay there and then to not have all of the amenities working is very disappointing.

Liked: Beautiful looking hotel.
Disliked: The TV did not work in our room. When we called the front desk, they said they would send someone up, but no one showed up.

Hotel was very nice & close to Expo Center where we were competing for the weekend. The ad said there was a complimentary breakfast & glass of wine at the end to the day. We travel with athletes & the breakfast is a factor in where we stay. When we checked in & asked they said its only for club level. I never saw that in the ad. That was disappointing & although it was a very nice hotel, for this purpose we won't be back.

Disliked: Facilities-Dirty, pool was cloudy and dirty and should be open later, the ice machine on our floor did not work properly, never enough towels, daily cleaning was not done efficiently-it needed to be vacuumed never was, the patio was full of cobwebs and gross, the room service from the restaurant forgot fries with my sons grill cheese and I talked to the gal in person while I was upstairs ordering. I won’t be back to expensive for what you got. No free breakfast for the price you pay.

Amazing stay for busy families

Liked: The food was great and the atmosphere was welcoming.
Disliked: Our AC started dripping on the 3rd day causing an odd noise and wet floor. I did tell staff and she was going to have them look at it. We assumed it was due to us having AC on but it was 2 degrees lower than it was originally set, so it shouldn't have leaked that drastically.
