I would not stay at this hotel again. To pay that kind of price per night to stay there and then to not have all of the amenities working is very disappointing.

Liked: Beautiful looking hotel.
Disliked: The TV did not work in our room. When we called the front desk, they said they would send someone up, but no one showed up.

Hotel was very nice & close to Expo Center where we were competing for the weekend. The ad said there was a complimentary breakfast & glass of wine at the end to the day. We travel with athletes & the breakfast is a factor in where we stay. When we checked in & asked they said its only for club level. I never saw that in the ad. That was disappointing & although it was a very nice hotel, for this purpose we won't be back.

Liked: On the river and had an outdoor pool
Disliked: We booked and suite with a balcony view and we got the first floor with no balcony. The first night we found ants around one of the sinks. The next day we had them on our chairs, tv stand, coffee table. When we woke up on the last day there were ants all over one of the beds on the sheets all over our suitcases and clothes! We got home 7/7/25 after a 7.5 hour drive and had to spend 3 hours going thru all our belongings and car cleaning, washing, and disinfecting everything! They only compensated us for 1 night…I feel for all the trouble we endured and not receiving our room with a balcony we should have a full refund!

Liked: Excellent food. Big room and bathroom. They care about details. Nice walking possibly along the river side. Very clean.
Disliked: Huge old stile hotel. You smell a little bit the age of the hotel.

Liked: The pool and hot tub were very nice, pool wasn't ice cold, staff were very helpful, and the room was amazing!
Disliked: Room service did not come in to clean when we asked, no time limit at the hot tub, so others didn't have a chance to get in because others sat there all night.
